A less traditional downstream view of the creek flowing through the Buttermilk Falls State Park gorge in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. Relatively low water levels allowed many of the down leaves to stay where they fell, providing rich color against the rock walls and aqua pools on this sunny evening in late autumn.
